How long does an order take to leave?
Up to four working days in a normal week. When a new pour lands it can be seven, and the notice at the top of every page says so while that is true.
My shade looks different from my last bottle.
Send both batch codes. Codes are on the base of the bottle. We keep the written record of every pour and can tell you what changed, which is occasionally a pigment lot and occasionally us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
To Canada only. Lacquer is restricted in air freight and the paperwork for other destinations costs more than the order.
Can a salon buy at wholesale?
Yes, direct and in the same batch quantities as everyone else. Ask for the current terms sheet using the wholesale subject line.
